Will there be photos or video?
Only with your consent. Colored wristbands show who agrees to appear in general images. Personal stories are never recorded.

The breathing in VUELVO A MÍ is conscious, gentle, guided and always voluntary. Even so, some conditions call for caution. If any of these apply to you, talk to your doctor before attending and let us know when you reserve:

VUELVO A MÍ is a spiritual, self-discovery experience, not a clinical treatment. The word “cleansing” describes a ritual, symbolic intention.

About Mar
Mar Montoya
Born in Pereira, Colombia, Mar studied medicine, trained as a Holistic Health Coach in the United States, and spent years learning alongside Mayan midwives in Tulum and traditional Peruvian midwives.
Her own path also moved through very difficult experiences and a long process of rebuilding her relationship with her body. For years she kept silent; in December 2025 she chose to share her story. Today she walks with other women from that place: unhurried, never intrusive, and with deep respect for each woman's pace and boundaries.
She is the creator of Release to Be™ and the founder of ELIMEX Retreats.
