These terms govern your use of respiraconmar.com and your participation in VUELVO A MÍ. By booking, you accept these terms, the Health Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

The event is organized by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ([BUSINESS ADDRESS], [EMAIL]) and hosted by Mar Montoya and Lisayly Hurtado.

2. The experience

VUELVO A MÍ is an in-person gathering in Miami, Florida, of a spiritual, symbolic and self-discovery nature. It includes a cacao ceremony, conscious breathing, visualizations, symbolic practices and a seed ritual. It is not a medical, psychological or therapeutic service and does not promise specific results.

3. Who can take part

• You must be 18 or older.

• You must read the Health Disclaimer and, if any listed condition applies to you, talk to your doctor before attending.

4. Booking and payment

• Prices are in US dollars (USD): general experience USD 333; exclusive experience USD 500 (only three available).
• Your spot is confirmed when we receive full payment through our payment processor. We will send a confirmation and, before the event, the exact address by text message.
• Limited spots: 44 in total, including the 3 exclusive spots. Spots are allocated in order of payment.
• Prices are shown in USD; Florida sales tax is added at checkout where applicable.
• Any bank or currency-conversion fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.

5. Cancellations, refunds and transfers

We know life changes. Here's how it works if you can no longer come:

• Full guarantee: Your spot is 100% guaranteed: if you decide not to attend, we refund your full payment, with no deadline.
• Refunds apply if you cancel before the gathering; once you attend, no refund applies.
• Transfer your spot: you can pass it to another woman free of charge until Friday, November 6, 2026, 3:33 PM (ET). Send us her full name, email and phone number. She must accept these Terms and complete the health and safety form for the change to be confirmed.

Every refund includes the matching share of the sales tax you paid.

Exclusive experience (USD 500)

• Before your private session with Mar, the same guarantee applies: if you decide not to attend, we refund your full payment, with no deadline.
• Once your private session has taken place, there's no refund or transfer, because the session has already happened and can't be passed on. Once your private session has taken place, the money-back guarantee no longer applies.

If we cancel or change the date

• If we cancel the event, we refund 100% of what you paid, tax included and with no deductions, within 10 business days.
• If we postpone it, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you'd rather not attend, we refund 100% if you ask within 14 days of the announcement.
• We don't cover travel, lodging or any other related costs.

How to ask for a refund or transfer

Send us a direct message on Instagram (@marmontoyacoach) with your name and the email you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few days to show them.

Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.

6. Health, voluntary participation and assumption of risk

The breathing practices, the cacao ceremony and the other activities can bring intense physical and emotional sensations (for example dizziness, tingling, changes in breathing or strong emotions). Every practice is voluntary: you can adapt it, stop, open your eyes, rest or step out at any time. By taking part you confirm that you have read the Health Disclaimer, that the health information you give us is accurate, and that you voluntarily assume the risks inherent in these activities.

7. Release and waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, you release [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], Mar Montoya, Lisayly Hurtado and their team from any claim for injury, damage or loss arising from your participation, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Before the gathering begins, we will ask you to sign a waiver and informed-consent form. [WAIVER FORM TO BE DRAFTED WITH AN ATTORNEY]

8. Private laying-on-of-hands session (exclusive experience)

This is a spiritual practice held in a private space, with prior consent, an explanation of which areas may be touched, and full respect for your boundaries. There is no contact with intimate areas. You can ask to stop at any moment. It does not replace any medical or psychological treatment.

9. Code of conduct

Please respect the group agreements: no judgment, move at your own pace, never touch or hug anyone without consent, keep what is shared confidential, keep your phone away, and respect each person's choices about photos. We may ask anyone who endangers the safety or wellbeing of the group, or who attends under the influence of alcohol or other substances, to leave without a refund.

10. Photos and video

Colored wristbands show who agrees to appear in general images. If you choose the consent wristband, you allow us to use those images on our channels and in ads, without compensation, until you withdraw consent in writing at [EMAIL] (we will remove the images from future posts). Sensitive moments and testimonials require specific consent. Participants may not record or photograph other people.

11. Materials

The workbook, cards and other materials are for your personal use. Their content belongs to their authors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

12. Testimonials

Published testimonials are real, personal experiences of participants, shared with their permission. They are not typical or guaranteed results. If someone receives any benefit from us or has a relationship with us, we will say so clearly.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the event will not exceed the amount you paid for your booking.

14. Use of the site

The content of this site is for information. Do not copy it for commercial purposes or use the site unlawfully. Links to other sites (such as Instagram or marmontoya.com) are governed by their own terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, without prejudice to non-waivable rights under the law of your country of residence.
